It's Really Easy To Get Ahold Of Us

Our Accessibility Resources & Policy

We aim to make your browsing experience as easy as possible and provide equal access to all users. Here, you will find recommendations that may make your browsing experience easier, including for those with visual, hearing, cognitive, or motor impairments.

We have taken steps to ensure our website is compatible with the following:

  • Operating system screen magnification
  • Speech recognition software, including within the operating system
  • Popular screen readers, including those within the operating system

We have made our website compatible with WCAG guidelines, including by doing the following:

  • Allowing resizing of the screen/font via keyboard shortcuts
  • Providing sufficient color and contrast to make text easier to read
  • Allowing for keyboard navigation
  • Allowing for keyboard zoom
  • Providing proper headers on pages for more straightforward navigation
  • Providing links with titles that correspond to the linked page
  • Providing proper headers to tables and charts
  • Adding alternative text to photos
  • Adding closed captioning to videos

CLOSED CAPTIONING

Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally visually displayed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard of hearing and anyone who cannot hear the audio due to noisy environments. Most of our video content includes captions. Learn how to turn captioning on and off on YouTube.
