Dr. Dan Bills has an incredible passion for teaching. He is on the Orthodontic Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania, is on staff in the Department of Dentistry at Virtua Hospital, and has been honored as “Teacher of the Year” at both of these prestigious institutions.

He is also honored to lecture regularly at orthodontic meetings across the globe on a variety of clinical and practice management topics. Due to popular demand, Dr. Bills and the iOrtho Team also give in-office courses to orthodontists and their staff on utilizing emerging orthodontic technology better in their practices.

As an Honors graduate of Harvard University and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Dan Bills has always had a firm dedication to education. As the son of two teachers, the importance of education was instilled in Dr. Bills at an early age. 

This passion for teaching carries over to how he cares for his patients. As anyone who has ever spent any time at Innovative Orthodontics will tell you, information and education play a key role in their approach to orthodontic therapy. He and the iOrtho Team spend a great deal of time with patients and parents, educating them about the many intricacies of orthodontic treatment.

He is honored to run study clubs and give in-office lectures about key orthodontic issues to local Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants. He and his dedicated team also serve the community by running educational events for local schools, scout troops, church groups, and other organizations.
