Through the MORE REASONS TO SMILE ACADEMY, Innovative Orthodontics and the Center for Pediatric Dental Health will utilize our experience, knowledge, and genuine interest in higher education to help credential Certified and Registered Dental Assistants in our office. If selected, you’ll be trained using one of the pathways clearly outlined and supported by the New Jersey Board of Dentistry and the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).
