As part of our new and improved rewards program, our first supercharged contest is a group of season passes to Six Flags Great Adventure! We want our contests to be amazing, and we think group passes to Six Flags is an awesome way to start!
THE WINNER WILL RECEIVE FOUR 2018 GOLD COMBO SEASON PASSES (INCLUDING PARKING!)
The winners will be drawn on April 2nd. All of our patients have the opportunity to enter from March 1st – the 31st.
